Farmer’s Favourite Breakfast Sandwich
This recipe can be made even quicker with a microwave! Just pour the scrambled egg mixture into a greased ramekin, and microwave for about 45 seconds.

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 slice ham, chopped
- Pinch pepper
- 1 tbsp ( 15 mL ) butter
- 1 English muffin, split and toasted
- 1 slice cheese of your choice
Instructions

Whisk egg with ham and pepper. Melt butter in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Pour egg mixture into a 2 ½-inch round metal cookie cutter or ring sprayed with cooking spray. Cook for 1 minute or until egg is almost set.

Top English muffin with cheese and egg mixture.
