Farmer’s Favourite Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice ham, chopped
  • Pinch pepper
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
  • 1 English muffin, split and toasted
  • 1 slice cheese of your choice

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg with ham and pepper. Melt butter in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Pour egg mixture into a 2 1/2-inch round metal cookie cutter or ring sprayed with cooking spray. Cook for 1 minute or until egg is almost set.
  3. Top English muffin with cheese and egg mixture.
