BLT Egg Wrap
Substitute pork for turkey or chicken bacon in this quick and easy BLT wrap. By using just one skillet, this recipe makes for a fast clean-up. When you’re in a hurry, a BLT egg wrap is a great meal on the go!

Ingredients
- 1 slice turkey or chicken bacon
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp ( 1.25 mL ) onion powder
- 1/8 tsp ( 0.5 mL ) pepper
- 1 medium flour tortilla (about 6 inches/15 cm)
- 2 tsp ( 10 mL ) fat free mayonnaise
- 1 large lettuce leave
- 2 tbsp ( 30 mL ) diced tomato
Instructions

Whisk egg, onion powder and pepper in small bowl; set aside.

Cook bacon in small non-stick skillet over medium heat or in microwave until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet.

Pour egg mixture into skillet; cook and stir until scrambled but not dry.

Spread tortilla with mayonnaise. Place lettuce on top; add bacon, scrambled eggs and tomato. Roll up wrap and serve.
