Egg Veggie Pops
These egg veggie pops are a delicious and fun snack for all ages. Your kids can help assemble them and make a fun Greek yogurt dip to go alongside them.

Ingredients
- 48 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 6 medium-large carrots or celery, each sliced into 8 sticks
Greek Yogurt Dip
- 3 cups ( 750 mL ) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp ( 15 mL ) garlic powder
- 2 tbsp ( 30 mL ) dried parsley
- ½ tsp ( 2.5 mL ) black pepper
- 4 tsp ( 20 mL ) vinegar or lemon juice
- ½ tsp ( 2.5 mL ) salt
Instructions

Insert cut veggie sticks into the bottom of the hard boiled eggs, about 1 inch (2.5 cm).

In a medium-sized bowl combine all ingredients for the Greek yogurt dip, mix well. Portion 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the dip into silicone muffin liners or little bowls.

Serve egg veggie pops with Greek yogurt dip.
Notes
Serve with a whole grain food, such as pita, tortilla, or melba toast that can also be dipped. As an alternative to the Greek yogurt dip, you can use hummus (homemade or store-bought), salsa, guacamole or a store-bought salad dressing instead.
