Buffalo Chicken Cobb Sandwich

With all the spice of buffalo chicken and all the fixings of a Cobb salad, this fusion sandwich is a go to!

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) mild buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) mayonnaise
  • 2 whole wheat buns, split
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato


  1. Toss chicken with buffalo sauce. Spread mayo over each bun.

  2. Sandwich cheese, lettuce, buffalo chicken, eggs and tomato slices in buns.



• Substitute a crumble of blue cheese for Swiss cheese.

• For a vegetarian option, substitute slices of pan-fried tofu for chicken.
