Danny Guillemette and his wife Hélène Claude are first generation egg farmers. They are passionate about their profession as farmers and are proud to produce such a high-quality, nourishing food as eggs.
They have a high regard for the environment they work in—from their hens, to the soil in which they grow soya beans and corn, to their neighbouring community.
“Protecting our environment is very important to us,” says Danny. “Windbreaks and manure management practices help protect the waterways and land which surround our farm. We make every effort to minimize waste on the farm. For example, the hens’ manure is used to fertilize our crops. We’re committed to reducing, reusing and recycling wherever we can.”
Danny and Hélène know eggs are a delicious choice for any meal or snack, but they especially love them scrambled and tucked into pita bread, and enjoyed on Sunday mornings with their two children, Julianne and Jérémy.
