Cover and microwave on MEDIUM for 30 seconds more, or until cooked to taste. HIGH Power: Microwave on HIGH (100%) for 45 seconds. Use a small spoon to flip eggs over, moving uncooked portion to top of cooker. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 20 seconds more, or until cooked to taste.
Notes
The result of placing 2 eggs in one cooker doesn't work as well. Two eggs will fit in one egg cooker, but it’s very difficult to completely and evenly cook the eggs. You really can’t end up with soft yolks. By the time the eggs are cooked sufficiently, the yolks are hard, even if you flip the partially cooked eggs halfway through cooking. This technique is therefore recommended for hard cooked eggs, either to be eaten as a meal or to be used in egg salad. MEDIUM (50%) power yields a better product.
