medium flour tortilla (about 6 inches/15 cm)

fat free mayonnaise

Method
- Whisk egg, onion powder and pepper in small bowl; set aside.
- Cook bacon in small non-stick skillet over medium heat or in microwave until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet.
- Pour egg mixture into skillet; cook and stir until scrambled but not dry.
- Spread tortilla with mayonnaise. Place lettuce on top; add bacon, scrambled eggs and tomato. Roll up wrap and serve.
