Where is the PIN located?
The PIN can be found in 2 different ways depending on which participating brands of eggs you purchased.
- Some participating brands of eggs will have a special sticker on the lid of the carton. The PIN is found inside the sticker.
- Other participating brands of eggs will have a special insert located inside the egg carton. The PIN is found on the underside of the insert.
Be careful not to confuse the UPC code printed directly on the egg carton with the PIN. The PIN consists of 12 alpha-numeric characters. |

Why is my PIN not working?
There can be a number of reasons why you are getting an error message.

• If you cannot enter all 12 characters of your PIN you have entered an extra space in one of the fields. Each field can accept exactly 4 characters. If one field is only accepting 3 characters you have entered an extra space. Delete extra space and you should be able to enter all 4 characters.
• Ensure you entered all the numbers and letters correctly. Make sure you did not use the letter ‘O’ for the number zero. |
