Grade A... Eggs Teaching Modules (Grades 7 to 12)
These 3 teaching modules provide useful information about egg production, nutrition and cooking.
Each module is divided into 2 or 3 lesson plans. Each lesson starts off with a case study, and
is followed by a short quiz, classroom activities and experiments. Curriculum connections are
